PLEASE NOTE grazeway is STILL OPERATING AS A CAFE - The catering has rebranded to "Graze By Akita" as the cafe sold.

 

We are able to cater 7 days a week depending on availability.

DO YOU REQUIRE PAYMENT UPFRONT?

No, but we do require a minimum $200 non-refundable deposit upon booking in dates for tables and larger events. This can only be done by booking via our email enquiry otherwise website bookings will request the full payment.

Our invoicing system will request a deposit and also send reminders for the balance to be paid 5 days prior to the event date. Grazing boxes are to be paid in full upon booking unless agreed otherwise. If your event has to be postponed due to COVID your deposit can be used as credit to move to another date or to use for other items.  

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE BOARDS/PROPS PROVIDED?

We ask that all food scraps are cleaned from all boards and props and placed back into the container we provide. We will collect items at an agreed time. We do not charge you any fees for the use of our props so we please ask you to respect our belongings.

 

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES/VEGETARIAN/VEGAN?

Yes, we can cater for most allergies and intolerances. We can also organise vegan/vegetarian options. Please ask us upon booking. (Additional fees may apply)

 

DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?

Yes we do charge a travel fee - as we drive to your event to set up your table or drop off a platter and return the following day at an agreed time. We ask for your understanding as fuel and travel costs have significantly increase recently.
